Counseling and Therapy Internship
My aim is to provide hands-on experience in counseling and therapy settings develop essential skills in counseling techniques, session conduct, and client management and, enhance knowledge of ethical considerations, boundary setting, and self-care

Counseling and Therapy Internship "Practicality above all"
This elaborated and evidence based training program covers practicality of different disorders that we commonly encounter while working. This internship will provide you with enhanced knowledge of any 4 mental health disorders with intricate details. You can choose the disorders you want to work on. With elaborative treatment plans and Activities that will help with the Rehabilitation of the patient.
Interactive session- introducing each other and learn about your facilitator.
Discussion about the disorders that you can choose and see the area that you are more comfortable working in.
Starting with elaborated case history and mental status examination.
Case history with and without informant. And MSE for uncooperative patients.
Learning disorders and given case for case history writing (evaluation based).
Observership- includes observing the session and making a case report after taking the detailed history from the concerned psychologist. Learn the practical challenges you face while dealing with the clients. Through observership and/or case Discussions and role plays.
Learn Case report writing, including psycho-disagnostic report and psycho-theraputic report.
Learn how to initiate a real case conversation with the patient. Active listening, cross questioning, showcasing empathy and understanding how paraphrasing works to get the information you actually need for the case.
Making a treatment plan for the mental health disorders. With that also Learn some Rehabilitation Activities for Alcoholism, Psychosis, Bipolar disorders, and depression.
Learn various therapeutic modalities to include in treatment planning. More emphasis on family therapy as it plays a crucial role in the recovery of the patient.
