All sessions are completely confidential. Clients book using a unique ID, and personal information remains private.

Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our official website.
Cancellations or reschedules are allowed up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
Therapy Pods provide mental health support but are not a substitute for psychiatric care or emergency services.
Sessions are conducted online or in-person (if applicable) and designed to be flexible for all schedules.
Clients must be above 18 years of age to book Therapy Pods unless accompanied by a guardian for adolescent sessions (if offered).
