Shiva is the cornerstone of MHP’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP), bringing expertise in organizational psychology and a deep commitment to helping companies prioritize their employees’ well-being. As an EAP trainer, she designs and delivers engaging, results-driven workshops that go beyond surface-level solutions.
