  • Who can attend Mind Jams?
    Anyone aged 18 and above. You don’t need any prior experience. Whether you’re new to mental health spaces or just want to explore something meaningful outside your routine, you’re welcome.
  • Do I have to speak or share personal details?
    No. Participation is always voluntary. You can choose to journal, create, reflect quietly, or speak when something feels right. There’s no expectation to share anything personal unless you want to.
  • How often are Mind Jams held?
    Every two months. Dates are announced in advance, and spots fill up quickly because group sizes are intentionally small.
  • Where do these sessions happen?
    Mind Jams are hosted across different locations in Delhi NCR — cosy cafés, quiet parks, our studio, or other informal spaces that feel safe and welcoming.
  • What is the cost to attend?
    Mind Jams start at ₹299. Premium sessions with extended activities or take-home materials may cost more.
  • Will I receive anything after the session?
    There are no handouts, but most people leave with something far more personal — a shift in perspective, a creative output, or simply a feeling of calm they didn’t have when they walked in.
  • Is this the same as a support group or group therapy?
    No. Mind Jams are not therapeutic interventions. They’re guided spaces for reflection and connection. If you’re looking for therapy, we have other services more suited for that.
  • What if I’m not creative or comfortable with activities?
    That’s okay. The structure is light and flexible. You can reflect however you feel most at ease — whether that’s writing, observing, drawing, or simply listening.
  • How do I register?
    Bookings are available on our website. Once you register, you’ll receive location details and session reminders via email or WhatsApp.
  • What if I don't reside in Delhi NCR?
    Don't worry. We are always looking at expanding Mind Jams to other cities. In the meantime, you can check out our WhatsApp Mind Jams!
